Review Policy

Reviews help other producers and musicians decide what’s right for them, so we want ours to be honest and useful.

Who can leave a review

Anyone can leave a review on our site. Reviews from verified customers are marked as such.

Reviews and discounts

After someone downloads or buys a library, we sometimes invite them to leave a review. As a thank you, we may send a discount code for a future order.

You get the code for leaving any honest review, whatever the star rating. The code never depends on what you say or how many stars you give.

What we publish

We publish all genuine reviews, positive or negative. We never edit what a reviewer has written.

We only remove a review if it:

• is spam, or isn’t about the product
• contains offensive language or personal information
• is clearly not from a real customer
