Got a problem accessing your order? Try these quick fixes.

My library won’t download

Please check to see if your internet connection is stable and all ad blockers are disabled. If so, try downloading your product using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox).

My email link has expired

You can always access your purchases by logging into your account on our website.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner and go to Orders.

My orders aren’t showing up in my account

Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address you used at checkout.

The download/view license button is greyed out in my account. What should I do?

The backend system may require a brief period to process and allocate your downloads, so patience for up to 30 mins is advised. If the issue persists, consider disabling ad-blockers or VPNs, or try an alternate browser. Contact us if problems persist.
